Inserting the diskette

Here we are in the middle of a procedure. In an earlier step, we inserted a particular installation diskette. We are now instructed to remove it, restart the computer, and insert the diskette again (which would be reinserting it. A little later we need to insert it yet again. And a little later, still one more time. A substantive editor needs to pay attention.

After reviewing the substantive edit, a content expert realized that the prompt to insert the manufacturer's diskette would not appear if the Audio Features Diskette for Windows 2000 were in the diskette drive. Shortening a procedure is always a blessing!
